Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.
You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly permit those under 18 to use the Service, and the Service is not directed at children.
Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which describes how We, and the third-party services We rely on (including Google), collect, use, and disclose information. Please read it carefully.
No User Accounts
The Service does not currently offer user registration, login, or account creation of any kind. You can browse and read all published content without providing a username, password, or account profile. If this changes in the future, this section will be updated and You will be notified through a revision to these Terms in line with the Changes to These Terms section below.
No User-Generated Content
The Service does not provide a mechanism for visitors to create accounts, upload files, submit posts, or otherwise publish text, images, video, or other material through the Service itself. We do not solicit or host user-submitted content as a core feature of the Service.
If the underlying Blogger platform's native comment widget is enabled on any page, comments submitted through that widget are hosted, processed, and moderated using Google's infrastructure and are governed by Google's own terms and content policies in addition to this section. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, hide, or remove any comment at Our sole discretion, including comments that are unlawful, abusive, spam, or infringing.
No Sale of Goods or Services
The Service does not sell products, digital goods, or services, and does not process payments, checkout, or order fulfillment of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell goods. Any reference to third-party products (for example, in a review or article) is informational only, and any purchase You make as a result happens entirely on the third party's own website, under that third party's own terms.
Subscription Plans
The Service does not currently offer paid subscription plans, paywalled content, or recurring billing of any kind. Should We introduce a subscription offering in the future — for example, through Google's Reader Revenue Manager, Google Play Billing, or a similar mechanism — that offering will be administered in accordance with the applicable Google program policies and billing terms in effect at that time (such as Google's Payments Terms of Service and the relevant publisher product policies), and these Terms will be updated accordingly before any such plan goes live.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. This includes, without limitation, all text, articles, graphics, logos, the "Azeem_USA" name, and any associated branding, all of which are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. You may share links to Our content and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution and a link back to the original page, but You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of Our content without Our prior written permission.
Feedback
You assign to the Company all rights, title, and interest in any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback") You provide regarding the Service. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, disclose, and otherwise exploit that Feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate or credit You.
Promotions, Contests & Sweepstakes
We may, from time to time, make available promotions, contests, or sweepstakes ("Promotions") through the Service. Each Promotion will have its own specific rules, which will be posted alongside the Promotion and will form part of these Terms for the duration of that Promotion. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion-specific rules will govern for that Promotion.
Where a Promotion is hosted using Google products (for example, a giveaway run through Blogger, Google Forms, or YouTube), the Promotion will also be operated in line with the relevant Google product's program policies and promotions guidelines (such as restrictions on incentivized engagement or contest-related abuse under the Google ads and content policies referenced in Advertising, Cookies & Monetization). Any such Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, and Google bears no responsibility for it.
Hosting on Blogger / Google Platforms
The Service is hosted on Google's Blogger platform at the blogspot.com subdomain shown above. By using the Service, You acknowledge that, in addition to these Terms, Your use of the underlying platform is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service, Blogger Content Policy, and related Google policies. Google is an independent third party and is not a party to these Terms; the Company alone is responsible for the content published on the Service.
Advertising, Cookies & Monetization
The Service may display advertising served through Google AdSense or similar Google advertising products. As required of all publishers under the Google AdSense program policies, We disclose that Google and its advertising partners may place and read Cookies, or use web beacons, on Your browser to collect information as a result of ads being served on the Service, and We maintain a Privacy Policy describing this in more detail.
We do not ask You to click on ads, place ads in a way designed to be mistaken for navigation, or use deceptive formatting around ads, consistent with the Google Publisher Policies. Where applicable to visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, We rely on a Google-certified consent management mechanism to obtain consent for non-essential cookies before they are set, in line with Google Consent Mode and the cookie-consent principles described in the EU, UK & International Users section below.
Search Engine Indexing & Discovery
We aim to follow Google's Search Essentials (technical requirements, spam policies, and best practices) and, where relevant, Google News content and transparency policies, in how We structure and publish content. However, inclusion, indexing, ranking, or appearance of the Service in Google Search, Google News, Google Discover, or any other Google surface is determined entirely by Google's own automated systems and is never guaranteed. We may use tools such as Google Search Console solely to monitor and improve the technical health and visibility of the Service; use of that tool does not create any relationship between You and the Company beyond these Terms.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise You to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website You visit.
Third-Party Social Media Services
The Service may display, include, or link to content or services provided by a Third-Party Social Media Service (for example, embedded social posts or share buttons). A Third-Party Social Media Service is not owned or controlled by the Company, and the Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for it. Your use of any Third-Party Social Media Service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policies.
Termination
Because the Service does not use accounts, "termination" in the traditional sense does not apply. However, We reserve the right to restrict, block, or deny Your access to the Service, immediately and without prior notice, for any reason, including if We believe You have violated these Terms — for example, through abusive scraping, attempts to disrupt the Service, or unlawful conduct.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to 100 USD, since You have not purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You. In such jurisdictions, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of Telangana, India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at the email address listed in Contact Us. Most concerns can be resolved this way without needing to escalate further.
EU, UK & International Users
If You are accessing the Service from the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, You will benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of Your country of residence that cannot be displaced by contract.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy rules apply to You, We rely on a consent mechanism that blocks non-essential cookies (such as advertising and analytics cookies) until You give clear, affirmative, freely given consent, separately by category, and that lets You withdraw consent as easily as You gave it. Strictly necessary cookies, which are needed for the Service to function, do not require Your consent but are disclosed in Our Privacy Policy. Full detail on what is collected, the legal basis relied on, and how to exercise Your data-subject rights is set out in Our Privacy Policy rather than repeated here.
If You are accessing the Service from India, Your personal data is also handled in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as described in Our Privacy Policy.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If You are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California's CCPA/CPRA or similar laws in other states), Our Privacy Policy describes what categories of information are collected via cookies and analytics, whether that counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the relevant law, and how You can exercise any opt-out or access rights available to You.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise that right or require that performance at any later time, nor shall a waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms may have been translated if We have made a translated version available to You. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of any dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice (for example, via a notice on the Service) prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how We and Our third-party partners (such as Google, through Blogger and AdSense) collect, use, store, and share information when You use the Service, including details on cookies, analytics, advertising, and Your rights under GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
